With more than 13 years in the mortgage industry, Kim Antenucci has built her career around helping clients achieve their financial and real estate goals. Her expertise spans residential and commercial lending, with a particular focus on serving investors and self-employed clients. A three-time Presidents Club honoree and recognized as a Scotsman Guide Top Woman Originator, Kim has established herself as a trusted leader in the lending space.
At K&K Property Partners, Kim combines her deep knowledge of lending with her background in marketing and her passion for consulting to help investors scale with confidence. She brings a unique mix of strategic insight, networking savvy, and hands-on experience that empowers clients to modernize their businesses and present themselves with polish and professionalism.
Beyond lending, Kim is the Emmy-nominated and Telly Award-winning host of American Dream TV, where she highlights the lifestyle and culture of local communities. As a mother, wife, and entrepreneur, she also understands the importance of balance—guiding clients toward systems and tools that allow them to grow their portfolios while still making time for what matters most.
At home, Kim enjoys life with her husband, Jamie, their two sons, Gabe and Eli, two dogs, two cats, and even a thriving saltwater fish tank.

Originally from Buffalo, NY, Kelsey is also a devoted wife and mother who values family, community, and time outdoors.
